Beyond Legs: Lifting Done Right! DVD
This is an interactive “move with us” presentation that will teach you how to better understand your body’s movement with lifting, lowering and related movement patterns. We will also practice and develop a physical knowledge of how to feel when you are, and when you are not, using your body correctly. Common lifting problems will be identified with corresponding corrections and specific practice related to how to feel the difference. We will identify and correct root cause contributors to poor lifting technique and methods for making changes specific to you and your lifestyle.
