Anti-Burst Exercise Ball
These durable anti-burst exercise balls are constructed of a burst-resistant material featuring a ribbed non slip surface. They are easily used in workouts by users of all ages and sizes and are useful for back stabilization, proprioception, home exercise, and sport specific training. The user can perform a myriad of exercises to improve balance, flexibility, strength, posture, dynamic stabilization and general coordination. Available in 4 popular sizes. Tested to support 1210 lbs. of dynamic weight.

Different resistance levels are determined by thickness of the tubing. Thera-Band® exercise tubing color-coded levels increase in difficulty from tan to silver.
